ABA Therapy: BCBA-RBT Model
In our ABA therapy model, treatment is led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who designs and oversees individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops treatment goals, and provides ongoing supervision to ensure the plan is effective and adjusted as needed.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work directly with clients, implementing the BCBA's treatment plan in one-on-one sessions. RBTs focus on delivering interventions to teach new skills, manage behaviors, and support clients in reaching their goals. The BCBA regularly monitors progress and collaborates with the RBTs to ensure the best outcomes for the client.
This collaborative approach ensures high-quality, consistent care, allowing individuals to make meaningful progress in a structured and supportive environment.

Board Certified
Behavior
Analysts (BCBA)
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) holds a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis and plays a critical role in supervising and guiding the work of Registered Behavior Technicians, and other professionals who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
BCBAs are responsible for measuring outcomes and ensuring that progress toward therapy goals is consistently achieved. They track and analyze data to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan, ensuring that each client’s needs are being met. Each individual's goals are tailored to their unique needs, ensuring that interventions are both effective and appropriate for the specific challenges and strengths of the individual. BCBAs continuously assess progress and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful, long-term success.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) assigned to your child’s therapy program is carefully selected through a rigorous screening process and extensive training in the latest ABA therapy methods. RBTs are trained to implement individualized therapy plans that are tailored to meet your child’s specific needs, ensuring that each session is effective and focused on achieving meaningful progress. Their work is closely supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure quality care and consistent outcomes.
